What IQOS in Nouméa really means
buyers tend to overbuy on hardware and underbuy on liquid. The hardware is cheap; the liquid is what you replace every fortnight. That single fact shapes most of the recommendations below.
IQOS in is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo. The batch that arrives is a liquid, a coil and a power setting that have to agree with each other, and adds another layer: stock definitions, import paperwork and a nicotine ceiling that shifts by market.
What to check before you buy IQOS
- nicotine ceiling for the market. 10 is the practical cap here, and anything stronger is not sold legally.
- Coil resistance printed on the head, not the device screen. If they disagree, the device firmware has changed the reading.
- Batch code on the box: the IQOS sold in Nouméa should trace back to a dated production run, not an open lot.
- Seal integrity: a child-resistant cap that pops open in the post has usually been opened before.
How to choose the right IQOS in Nouméa
- Finally, check the local rules. 10 nicotine ceiling and a {} bottle size are the two constraints that survive every other decision.
- Then pick Ohm's law. Under 1.0 Ω points to a mouth-to-lung setup, above it you are in direct-to-lung territory.
- Then price the fortnight, not the bottle. Coil life and ml of liquid tell you the real cost.

Mistakes that cost New Caledonia buyers money
- Chaining a sweet dessert blend at high wattage. Sweeteners caramelise on the coil and kill it in days.
- Filling a tank, then walking away for two days. A fresh coil needs a few slow primes or you will taste cotton.
- Storing liquid in a warm drawer. Heat is what oxidises a fruit note, not time.
Rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Age verification applies at the point of sale, and the 18+ check sits on the order, not the delivery.
